Originally from SoCal, Chris is a Sacramento delegate who attended his first competition in 2013, and has since attended over 200 more, having delegated over half of them. His claim to fame is having California state record single for Clock back in 2020. He loves traveling, having competed in 23 states in the US, and is currently the main delegate for Hawaii.

David has been cubing since 2013, and he started competing 7 years later. He loves all of the blindfolded events—in fact, the first event he ever competed in was 3x3 Blindfolded! He is quite proud of his 18/18 3x3 Multi-Blind personal record and will never pass up an opportunity to brag about it. As a delegate, David splits his time between Sacramento (his hometown) and San Jose (where he works as a software engineer). If you see David at a competition, feel free to say hi!

Keaton Ellis is a longtime delegate from Maryland, recently relocated to California. He first attended a competition in 2012, and became a delegate in 2016. He is additionally 2015 US National Champion in 3x3: One-handed. Outside of cubing, Keaton is a postdoc at UC Berkeley.

Nolan first discovered cubing through a friend in 2016 and instantly became obsessed with the hobby! He doesn’t have any major records (yet), but hopes to make progress on that goal in the blindfolded events. Although cubing has remained his main interest over the past few years, he also enjoys going on walks with his two pet dogs as well as reading and writing!

Shelley Chang

Delegate - 2004CHAN04
Shelley solved a cube for the first time in 2003 and was a founding member of the Caltech Cube Club. She was the first woman to complete 3x3 Blindfolded and 4x4 Blindfolded solves in competition in 2005 and 2008 respectively and is the only person who has attended every US Nationals competition to date. When she's not cubing, Shelley enjoys video games, Olympic weightlifting, digital art, and hanging out with her dog Coco.
